Master violinist from Ukraine

Eugene Kruk was born on 27 May 1980 in the Ukrainian city of Chmielnick in a family of musicians and teachers, where he learned to play the violin in the School of Music, In 1994 Eugene was the winner of the competition "New Talents of the Ukraine." In 1995 he moved to Lviv, where he studied at the Special Talent School - Skrushelnytska. In 1997 he won a violin competition Young Violinists   M. Strihardzha and received a special award of Wagner Society. In 1999 he began his studies at the Lviv National Academy of Music in the violin class of prof. Orest Kohut. Since 2000 he has been working with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Europe in Magdeburg (Germany). From 2002 years to 2010 he was concertmaster of the Symphony Orchestra K & K Philharmoniker – of Ukrainian-Austrian agency Da Capo. During this period, the artist has performed in the most prestigious concert halls in Europe, including the Berlin Philharmonic, Leipzig Gewandhaus, the Alte Oper in Frankfurt, Vienna Musikverrein, Stockholm kontsert Haus., Not only as a concertmaster, but also as a soloist. Kruk works with many famous conductors and orchestras (Odessa Philharmonic, Chamber Orchestra "Lviv Virtuosos", Lviv National Opera Orchestra, and others.). Since 2010 he is the concertmaster of the Philharmonic Orchestra of Lviv "INSO". Eugene Kruk to the present day has given over 1000 concerts. Eugen permanently performs as a soloist, performing violin concertos of many composers. He has in his repertoire a program of music by J. Srauss and 8 Seasons, which performs the Four Seasons by A. Vivaldi and Four Seasons by A. Piazzolla.
