She was born in 1981 in Lviv. In 1988 She began violin lessons in the " Talent-School in Lviv by professors Mary Futorskiej and Georgi Pawlija. In 1999-2004, she was a student on the Lviv State Music Academy - M. Lysenko in the violin class of prof. G. Pawlija , and for the next three years held postgraduate studies at the University under the direction of National Artist of Ukraine - Professor Lydia Szutko . Since 2007 Lidia began study at the Warsaw University of Music of F. Chopin by prof. Konstanty Andrzej Kulka .
From 2011 - Lidia is a PhD student at the Gdansk Academy of Music. In 2012 Futorska was a Fellow of the " Gaude Polonia ".
She perform with various chamber ensembles and orchestras , as well as numerous solo recitals have been presented as the Ukraine, as well as concert halls of other countries , including Polish , Slovakia, Austria, Canada , Hungary and Italy .
From 2012, there is a duet with accordionist and conductor Sergiy Khorovets.
